Apple Cider Vinaigrette

This is a easy go to dressing I use on one of my favorite salads. Sometimes I do cut out the sugar completely to make it healthier. This recipe is a good one to make quick and great when having guests over. I like to use the dressing when I am creating this salad: baby spinach with mixed greens, dried cranberries, feta, and walnuts. Toss it with vinaigrette and you have a winner!

Apple Cider Vinaigrette Recipe:

Apple Cider Vinegar- 1/4 cup

Sugar- 4 teaspoons

Brown sugar- 1 tablespoon

Balsamic Vinegar- 1 tablespoon

Worcestershire – 1 teaspoon

Salt- 1/2 teaspoon

Once all combined, whisk 1/2 cup of EVOO.

*EVOO- Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
